The sex tape will reveal her true relationship with her alleged bodyguard and driver Ronnie Dayan.
Dayan was alleged who’s De Lima’s bagman. During Senate hearing regarding illegal drug trade in New Bilibid Prison, official Rafael Ragos and NBI officer Jovencio Ablen Jr claimed they brought millions of drug money to De Lima with her alleged bagman Dayan.
“Well, para sa akin, ano, wala naman sigurong diperensiya para malaman ng tao kung talagang totoo yan o hindi. Ipakita kung kinakilangan dahil para yun ang mag-uugnay kung merong personal relationship silang dalawa,” Alvarez said.
(Well for me, it’s okay so that people will know if it’s really true or not.. let’s show it if needed as if would be the link as to whether the two have a personal relationship.)
Reporters asked him showing sex video to the public cannot be treated as a form of slut-shaming of De Lima. Alvarez replied.
“No, of course not. Well, she’s denying that she is the one involved in that sex tape so kung magde-deny ka, humarap ka ditto at sabihin mon a, “Di ako yan,’di ba?( so if you deny, face us and say, that’s not me, right?) Alvarez said.
“Ngayon kung ayaw mong magdeny, let the people judge kung talagang di siya yun. I think fair lang naman yun.” He added.
De Lima has refused to appear before the investigation.
Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II said he could present 3 alleged sex tape of De Lima.
De Lima reminded Aguirre presenting that video in the congress is against the law.
There are three minority leader said there is no need to publicize De Lima’s alleged sex tape.
