De Lima says that they pressured Marcelino to make up stories and said that she received two text messages forwarded by a common friend from Marcelino, saying that some groups are pressured him and convinced him to make fabricated stories against Senator De Lima.

However, Marcelino said that he would not speak and make stories about the Senator.

“I’m not passing judgement on the correctness of the legal action. Ano ba ng totoo diyan, ilan baa ng tama diyan? Idismiss ba o filan ng kaso? But look at the circumstances,” De Lima said.

“I have no reason to doubt what was forwarded to me from Colonel Marcelino na iniipit siya para ituro whatever it is na ituturo nila sa akin,” De Lima Added.

But Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre denied De Lima’s allegation.

“Not true,” Aguirre said in a text messages to GMA News Online.

“The resolution reversing the original resolution did not pass my office,” the Cabinet official said.
