PHIL. EMPLOYMENT RATE ROSE
The international economic development authority says, the Philippines employment rate rose 94.6% in july, the highest since 2011. NEDA says strong economic growth in the first half of 2016 is starting to reflect on the local market.

Socio Economic Secretary Ernesto Pernia says, “Our growth economy, which is largely driven by output expansion in the services and industry sectors, has created and better jobs.”
NEDA says the service sector remains the highest contributor to jobs with 55.3% of total employed, followed by the industry sector with 17.8% of total employed in july 2016.
Senator Manny Pacquiao says he is open to a rematch with Floyd Mayweather. But Pacquiao doubts Mayweather will come out of retirement for a second fight.

The neophyte senator adds he thinks only money will tempt Mayweather to get back in the ring. Pacquiao says. “you know in his heart, he does not have concern for the fans. He is only concern is to make money.”
