Bautista on voters’ info breach: Punish the hackers, not us

According to Commission on Elections (Comelec) Chairman Andy Bautista, it’s the hackers who should be punished, not the ones who were hacked.

The National Privacy Commission (NPC) revealed that the poll body and Bautista should be held “liable” for violation of the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
